1 Orientation

  1. Upon arrival (Mars City Hanger), go up the stairs to the left, then proceed the down the catwalk.
  2. Turn right when you reach the intersection, then go through the door (Security Checkpoint) to be bioscanned.
  3. Exit and go through the door straight ahead (Mars City Reception). There is a cinematic welcoming you to Mars. You receive your PDA, with some email, and a video disk (“Marine Command Briefing”. On a small desk, there is a video disk (“Welcome To Mars Research Facility One”).
  4. Go up the stairs (Central Access Junction), and continuing into the corridor (Central Access). There is a cinematic about trouble on mars.
  5. Continue up the stairs to the left, (Command Access Junction), following the corridor.
  6. Eventually, you pass a unisex bathroom, then an entranceway marked Kitchen (Common Area). On the counter is a PDA (Adam Berneche) for you to take. Launch the PDA and examine Adam’s notes. FYI: The shutters have a control panel you might try, and there’s Super Turbo Turkey Punch to tryout.
  7. Exit and take the first door on the right (Marine Command Access). In the intersection, is an Information Terminal (“Volunteer Extra Credits”). You can press the DOWNLOAD button for practice.
  8. Follow the sign for Marine Command, taking the door (Marine Command).
  9. You see an IT guy configuring a Sentry Bot on its pad. (Marine Headquarters). Following the corridor to the door at the end completes your objective.
  10. Exit HQ at the end of the cinematic. Near that IT guy, a sentry drone is deployed for you. All you have to do is follow it; it will retrace your steps. FYI: There’s a detour you can take. On the other side of the first door to the left, marked Combat Prep, there is a video disk (“Series 3 Plasma Gun Briefing”) on the counter.
  11. Once the bot has stopped (Maintenance), go down the stairs. On the right side of the room, is storage locker #001 (keycode 396). Inside the cabinet is supply.
  12. Go to the elevator, and take it to Mars City Underground.
